One of the Club’s aims is to help members and visitors improve their photography by running workshops on camera techniques and on digital imaging. These are run regularly throughout the season, generally on a monthly basis. The evening will be led by our more experienced members.
Our workshops allow participants an opportunity to understand all the different aspects of photography. The skill levels range from beginner to intermediate with advice from our advanced photographers.
The technique workshops cover all aspects of using your camera. In digital imaging, we learn a variety of post-processing techniques, most of these will be based on Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. We use “state of the art” digital equipment, thanks to the “Arts for All” scheme funded by the National Lottery.
Adobe software products can be obtained here.
This season’s timetable is shown below. Members’ suggestions for future workshops are welcome and should be addressed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
These evenings are free for all Club Members to attend. Visitors are very welcome at a cost of £5 per person (payable on the evening).
