An evening with Brian Law APRS CPAGB
Brian lives in Macclesfield and has been taking photographs for many years. He is a member of Macclesfield Camera Club where he was president for 8 years until 2014. He regularly lectures on various aspects of photography including composition, landscape and photographic history.
Like most people he started working with film and had his own darkroom for many years where I produced a few passable black and white prints. However he really struggled to realise the image he had in mind and for a long while felt very frustrated. It was only turning to digital in 2000 that he was able to produce the sort of images he dreamt about. He has progressed through a variety of cameras and for a number of years he used a Nikon D200 but more recently has started to use an OM-D EM-1.
