During the season we run several competitions for club members. These include a print league, a digitally projected league and some stand alone cup competitions.
For each competition a theme is set in advance and each member can enter up to 3 pictures.
All pictures are judged anonymously, and on an equal basis within each competition category, by an independent, external judge.
As the judge considers each picture he or she will also share his/her thoughts and comments on it to help us learn how we may improve.
Competitions are usually light hearted within the club and are a great time to look at other members pictures and to ask each other questions about them.
All images for print competitions must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the competition date by bringing along to a Club meeting or arranging to drop them off with the Print Competition Secretary.
Entries for PDI competitions must be uploaded by the end of the Saturday before the competition.
